Report him to the Help Desk rather than policy volation since all of his gallery are rips.

I've done that and gotten results/replies within 72 hours. It would be more effective that you would do it since your the artist of one of his pictures.

Generally it's not a good idea to link to the art thief on DA(I suggest art_theft on LJ)--it can be seen as 'calling out' a deviant in a negative light, something that I've seen artists get banned for. It can also lead your fans to harrass the thief, which is also a bannable offense. DA prefers that you go directly to them rather than posting publically.
